We work on many different PLCs in multiple applications. We have installed new PLC systems as well as modified many different programs and repaired or serviced old PLCs. We have programmed PLCs to control simple pumping and temperature applications as well as complex logic solutions for entire facilities. We also have replace aging systems, old control systems and failed controls with PLCs in order to save our clients from scraping their equipment.

AUTOMATION WITH AND WITHOUT HMI

We have been installing Automation systems for many years now. We have installed systems from the ground up for entire facilities as well as modified and upgraded older systems. We have worked out bugs in systems installed by others and we have completed other applications that other solution providers left behind or could not solve. We are known for solving problems and providing solutions for every system we work on. We also program many HMI packages. SCADA & HMI More recently we have branched out into more and more SCADA work. We have received training on SCADAPACKS by Control Microsystems (Now Schneider), GE MDS radios and other SCADA packages including GE’s iFix and Indusoft’s SCADA. We have worked on older packages such as LookOut Direct and have been working with newer packages such iFix and PanelView. We also service Win911 systems as well. We have helped many customers with older systems get their systems back on line after years of down time and we have helped install & service newer systems.
